How Can Plastic Surgery Help Improve Male Chest Contours?

2 Minute Read:

Having well-defined pectoral muscles are essential to a balanced body. Men with contoured chests are often thought to be more attractive and healthier than men with enlarged breasts, and a chiseled chest contour is a mark of masculinity and power.

Improving the appearance of the chest is one of the primary reasons that men turn to plastic surgery. Enhancing the chest can be accomplished in one of two ways, depending on your concern. For some men, dissatisfaction with their upper body contour stems from their inability to sculpt the muscles they want; for others, discontent arises from the presence of gynecomastia.

What Is Gynecomastia?

The curvature of the underlying ribs determines the male chest shape. There should be a uniform thickness of tissue throughout the chest area. Gynecomastia is the accumulation of excess glandular tissue above the pectoral muscles that result in excessively large breasts. The condition can result from hormonal changes, heredity, or obesity, and it can occur during adolescence or adulthood. Gynecomastia is fairly common, with more than half of men enduring some level of the condition.

How Can Gynecomastia Surgery Enhance Chest Contours?

Gynecomastia surgery is performed to correct enlarged male breasts by surgically removing the unwanted tissue and skin in the chest. In cases where your enlarged breasts are primarily the result of excess fatty tissue, liposuction techniques can be used.

You may seek gynecomastia surgery to rectify underdeveloped, asymmetrical, or otherwise deformed chest contours. This procedure offers immediate results that only improve with time.

How Can Pectoral Implants Enhance the Appearance of Pectoral Muscles?

While some men struggle with too much fullness, others are unable to attain it. Many men spend hours a day at the gym, doing countless repetitions of bench presses and pushups. Unfortunately, not every man who attempts a chiseled chest can achieve it.

For those who cannot, pectoral implants can help.

During this procedure, form-stable silicone implants are placed within the chest to create the appearance of defined muscle. The goal of the procedure is to make your chest proportional to the rest of your physique.

Is Male Plastic Surgery for Me?

Many men are unaware of just how easy it is to sculpt their chests with plastic surgery. Whether you have too much or not enough in the way of chest fullness, there is a plastic surgery procedure that is right for you.

Men interested in plastic surgery should be in good overall health and have realistic expectations of their results.

How to Set the Right Goals for Your Plastic Surgery

2 Minute Read:

Are you looking to cosmetically change or enhance an area on your face or body? Plastic surgery can certainly help you achieve your aesthetic goals; however, it is important to have realistic expectations for the changes you wish to make and be prepared to discuss these with your surgeon thoroughly. Here are a few tips that can help guide you to more realistic expectations about what plastic surgery can do for you.

Side by side image showing the before and after results of a liposuction treatment.

Make Sure Plastic Surgery Is Right For You

Just because a specific procedure worked amazingly for a friend or family member does not mean it will deliver the same results for you. Each patient and cosmetic treatment, whether it is a body contouring, breast enhancement, or facial procedure, should be evaluated individually. That is why it is vital to discuss your concerns and desired outcomes with your surgeon to set realistic expectations for the outcome.

Your surgeon will help you understand what the likely result will be and highlight what is unrealistic or impossible during your consultation. This way, you can decide if it is right for you.

Find Out If You May Need a Combination

In some cases, a combination of plastic surgery procedures may be a better option for you. For example, a breast augmentation and breast lift combination would be best for someone who wants to add volume and correct sagging breasts. Having a breast lift procedure alone will correct your sagging breasts but will not add fullness to the breasts.

The most significant thing here is letting your surgeon know what overall change you are looking for, and then you can start to formulate a treatment plan that will help you get the results you want. Just make sure you are completely open and honest with your surgeon during your initial consultation and explain what you hope to achieve through plastic surgery.

Do Your Part

It is best to have plastic surgery once you are at or very close to your ideal weight, especially for body contouring procedures. This allows your surgeon to optimize your treatment to offer the best possible results. For instance, if you are considering a tummy tuck and have a good bit of excess weight, your surgeon may be unable to remove as much excess skin as would otherwise be possible if you were at your ideal weight.

Ultimately, being healthy before surgery also contributes to your overall well-being and ability to heal after surgery. You must practice healthy habits and maintain a relatively stable weight even after cosmetic surgery for long-lasting results.

5 Things You Need to Know to Plan for Plastic Surgery

3 Minute Read:

Plastic surgery can help you feel more confident and help you reach your physical appearance goals. While plastic surgery procedures are commonly performed every day, all surgery contains some element of risk and requires some need for preparation. Before booking a plastic surgery procedure, there are five things to consider.

Women undergoing a body contouring consultation with her surgeon.

Your Surgeon’s Training Matters

Your surgery should be performed by a highly-skilled and exceptionally trained plastic surgeon. When talking to surgeons, look for ones that specialize in the procedure that you wish, and don’t be afraid to ask for references or about their education and training. Another great tool is to ask to see before and after photos of their previous patients.

You May Need to Schedule Around Your Recovery

Your procedure can take anywhere from four to 12 weeks to recover, depending on how invasive it is. Combination procedures and in-depth procedures like tummy tuck surgery or body lift surgery will take longer than something like liposuction

If you want to be fully healed by a particular time of year or a specific date, be sure to schedule your procedure far enough in advance to allow for recovery.

You may also wish to consider your work schedule when planning your surgical procedures. If you have certain times of the year that are busier than others, it may be smart to wait until your business is slower to have more peace of mind while recovering. The more relaxed you are during your recovery, the better. Therefore, stressing about returning to work or getting ready for a special event may negatively impact your recovery and results.

There Will Be Risks That You Must Accept

Your surgeon will go over any risks associated with the surgical procedure, including those from general anesthesia. Some lifestyle habits increase your risks for surgery, such as smoking and excessive drinking. Your recovery will also be affected by your alcohol and tobacco use.

While it is uncommon to experience severe complications, there is no way to guarantee that zero risk. Everyone heals differently, and, sometimes, unforeseen complications arise.

A Little Preparation Goes a Long Way

You may be asked to quit smoking before having surgery to reduce the risks from general anesthesia. Or, you may be asked to lose a little weight before having surgeries to decrease your risks during the procedure and give you better-looking results. Preparing makes your surgery significantly safer and more effective.

Alternatively, preparing your home for your recovery will also ease the process. Consider establishing a comfortable “recovery zone” with easy access to anything that you might need (e.g., pillows, nutritious food, entertainment, etc.).

Lifestyle Changes May Follow

Certain augmentation and body contouring procedures may affect your wardrobe or alter how much you’ll be able to enjoy engaging in certain activities. For example, larger breasts may impact the types of exercises you can perform, whereas tummy tuck surgery, body lift surgery, or breast reduction can make exercising more comfortable.

How to Start Working Out After a Body Contouring Procedure

2 Min Read:

Body contouring is perfect for those who want to get rid of stubborn fat and improve their contours. Many patients are very happy with their results and understand that it is their responsibility to maintain them. One of the best ways to keep the excess fat at bay and enjoy long-term effects is to exercise regularly.

woman working out after body contouring

In the months following your recovery, you may decide to start or get back to working out again, and to ensure that you do not hurt yourself, here are a few tips to follow.

Be Sure to Warm Up

It is critical to warm up before your workout to avoid straining or pulling on your skin or muscles during your exercise program. The warm-ups and exercises you choose should be compatible with your procedure. Light yoga may be a great way to stretch and warm up the muscles traditionally, but it can be harmful to patients who have had tummy tuck surgery or a body lift surgery if resumed too soon because it could stress the incisions. Try taking a walk, and when you’re ready, level up to a light jog.

Once you are finished exercising, stretch again to ensure that your muscles can rest and heal properly between workouts.

Most surgical procedures require you to wait at least six weeks before participating in any vigorous activity. Ask Dr. Alexander if your body is ready to resume exercise.

Taking walks starting the day after your surgery encourages blood circulation throughout the body. Healthy blood circulation is essential for healing, and walking is an easy first step to getting back to your normal activity. Even if you are used to doing more strenuous forms of exercise, walking is still where you need to start.

Listen to Your Body

It is important to make sure that you stay in tune with your body while doing exercises. You may need to stop or minimize the intensity of your workout if you are feeling pain or strain. Be patient with your process, and allow your body the time to get back into more rigorous movement.

If you find that your pain during movement is persistent or is getting worse, contact your surgeon to make sure there are no complications with your recovery. In some cases, even after the advised healing period, body contouring patients are not ready to resume strenuous activity.

Everyone heals differently. Listen to your body and try not to put any unnecessary strain on your new contours.

Tailor Your Exercise for Your Results

Targeting your exercises to the areas that were improved by body contouring can help you maintain the results you’ve gained. When you start working out more rigorously, consider taking on exercises that target these areas.

Mid-Facelift Vs. Facelift: Putting Your Best Face Forward

Facelift concept

2 Min Read:

Facelift surgery is one of the top procedures for facial rejuvenation and is one of the most commonly performed surgical procedures in the United States. There are many different types of facelift techniques available, including the mid-face lift and the traditional full facelift.

What Is a Facelift?

A facelift (rhytidectomy) is a surgical procedure that helps eliminate unwanted wrinkles on the lower two-thirds of the face and neck to disguise or erase the most common signs of aging. As we age, facial skin will start to lose its elasticity and, as a results, sag. A surgical facelift tightens the underlying muscles, trims the excess skin, and repositions facial fat to where it is meant to be.

Traditional facelift incisions extend from the hairline at the temples down and around the ear on both sides of the face. These cuts are made carefully so that they will blend in with your hairline or in the natural creases of your face, making them barely noticeable once they have healed.

What Is a Mid-Facelift?

The mid-facelift focuses on the middle section of the face and cheeks. Like a traditional facelift, incisions are made in the hairline, as well as behind the earlobes. The skin and underlying tissues are then tightened to reduce wrinkles and create a smoother, more youthful contour.

This technique can also be used to address hollowness under the eyes and sagging cheeks. Because of this, the mid-facelift is sometimes combined with lower blepharoplasty. In this case, incisions will also be made below the lower eyelids, through which the muscles on the cheeks will be lifted.

Who Are Mid-Facelifts Best For?

A lot of women and men first see facial aging around their eyes and cheeks. A mid-facelift is an excellent option for individuals who have started to notice the signs of aging but do not feel like they need a traditional facelift.

This is also a popular option for those who have had a facelift previously and desire a touch-up.

What If I Have Jowls or Loose Skin on My Neck?

While the mid-facelift is ideal for treating laxity and lines in the center of the face, it cannot do much to treat the lower part of the face and neck. Individuals with significant jowls, vertical neck banding, neck fat, or deep marionette lines (the vertical lines that develop between the corners of the lips and chin) would benefit more from traditional facelift surgery.

Why an Eyelid Lift Might Be the Only Surgery You Need

3 Minute Read:

Despite being visual creatures, humans can’t see much right away—babies are only able to see up to a foot away clearly for the first few weeks of their lives.

But the eyes develop quickly, and by the time they are three months old, most babies’ eyes will reach their full adult width, creating those big, adorable “baby eyes” we all go wild for. Close-up of woman’s eye before and after surgery.

Science has proven we are hard-wired to find these big, wide eyes attractive, even as we grow older. They simply look brighter, younger, and more alert than eyes that are small or dull.

Unfortunately, it does not take much for our eyes to show the signs of wear and tear. Think of the dark circles that happen after a sleepless night, or the damage that squinting can do to the skin around our eyes.

Because the skin that surrounds our eyes is so delicate, it is among the first areas to show the signs of aging.

Why Should I Get an Eyelid Lift?

From lifting serums to herbal lotions, the business of eye rejuvenation makes up a considerable segment of the beauty world today.

But cosmetics can only go so far, especially when it comes to drooping tissue or sagging eyelids.

An eyelid lift, also referred to as a blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure that removes excess tissue from above and below the eyes, tightening the entire area.

An eyelid lift can be used to treat:

  • Loose or sagging skin around the eyes
  • Fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the eyelids
  • Bags under the eyes
  • Drooping lower eyelids
  • Upper eyelid hooding
  • Excess skin
  • Fine wrinkles on the lower eyelid

The delicate tissue that surrounds our eyes lose elasticity easily, making it more likely to wrinkle and sag. Even rubbing too hard when removing makeup can cause the lines to start appearing.

If you find yourself with tired-looking eyes all the time, despite taking care of your skin and getting enough rest, an eyelid lift may be the next step to keeping this delicate area rejuvenated.

Can an Eyelid Lift Rejuvenate the Entire Face?

An eyelid lift truly does what all those “miracle” eye creams claim to do: remove under-eye bags, reduce lines, and tighten sagging tissue for brighter, more alert eyes.

This procedure can also be combined with other facial procedures, including facelift surgery or brow lift surgery, for an overall rejuvenating effect. However, patients may find that there’s simply no need for these additional cosmetic procedures after their eyelid lift is done, and recovery is complete.

This is a testament to how much our eyes matter and how open, inviting eyes are more appealing than their dull-looking counterparts.

It’s simply science—we are much more attracted to bright, wide eyes and the youthfulness they convey.

An eyelid lift minimizes the need for further work by improving one of our most noticeable facial features.

As they say, it’s all in the eyes—and an eyelid lift is one of the most effective ways to refresh and rejuvenate your entire face.

When Is a Body Lift Necessary?: Your Guide to Body Lift Surgery

attractive woman measuring herself after a body lift
A body lift can create continuous, harmonious contours across many areas of the body.

3 Minute Read:

Being overweight or obese is taxing on both your physical and mental well-being, so reaching your weight goals should be celebrated. Unfortunately, not a lot of people are prepared for how much their bodies change after the extra pounds are shed.

Whether you have lost the weight naturally or you have undergone bariatric surgery, a sudden decrease in pounds can result in significant tissue laxity that cannot correct itself.

A body lift can help restore tight skin and tissues in patients who have lost large amounts of weight. This combination surgical procedure targets multiple areas to bring out more flattering and defined body contours.

The combination of procedures is dependent on your individual needs and can include two or more surgical procedures.

What Can a Body Lift Include?

Traditional or Extended Tummy Tuck

A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, is a contouring procedure that addresses laxity on the abdomen. During this procedure, excess skin is removed, the abdominal muscles are tightened, and stubborn pockets of fat are eliminated.

An extended tummy tuck (beltectomy) takes the results of the traditional tummy tuck to the next level by including the hips, lower back, and buttocks.

Arm Lift

Arm lift surgery, or brachioplasty, addresses the effects of weight loss on the upper arms. Arm lift surgery primarily addresses the excess skin that creates the appearances of a “flap” on the arms. This surgery provides a much more slender and toned look for the arms.

Thigh Lift

Thigh lift surgery treats the rippling, loose skin, and excess fat from the upper thigh. Once the excess skin is removed, the remaining skin is lifted and tightened.

Do I Need a Body Lift?

A body lift might be right for you if:

  • You have lost a significant amount of weight
  • You have excess fat and skin in one or more areas
  • You would like to improve the overall contours of your body
  • Diet and exercise have not been able to get you the results you desire

The right candidate is:

  • A nonsmoker
  • In good overall health
  • Free of any medical conditions that could impair healing or increase risk
  • Realistic in their expectations

How Should I Prepare for My Body Lift?

The only way to determine your candidacy is to undergo a consultation. A body lift consultation will allow you to share your goals and concerns with your surgeon, who will then be able to give you an evaluation, determine if you are ready for surgery, and create a personalized treatment plan.

What Should I Expect After My Body Lift?

Body lift surgery is invasive, and its recovery is not always comfortable. There will be times when you are sore, tender, and tight. Your bruising and swelling will last for weeks.

So while this recovery is manageable, you should expect to take up to two off of work—if not longer—and spend that time resting at home. With the proper amount of rest, you will be well on your way to realizing your dream physique.

How to Choose Your Breast Augmentation in Miami

3 Min Read

Finding the best breast surgeon in Miami might be difficult, but there are ways to shorten your list of potential plastic surgeons in Miami and find the one that is the best fit for you.

Start by looking for surgeons that have several essential qualifications, such as at least six years of surgical training, graduation from an accredited medical school, continuing education with a specialty in the procedure of your choice, and surgical privileges in multiple accredited facilities.

A woman getting her breast measurements for a breast augmentation.

How Much Should I Consider My Breast Augmentation Cost?

People tend to look for the cheapest route when buying a product, and in most cases, the consumer can benefit from deals or sales. Unfortunately, this is not always the case when choosing a surgeon to perform your breast augmentation.

In fact, choosing the cheapest breast augmentation in Miami can backfire and negatively affect your health.

Cost is an important factor when choosing a plastic surgeon, yet, it should not be the determining factor when your health and safety are at stake.

It is crucial to choose the most qualified surgeon, not the cheapest. When choosing a plastic surgeon, remember you are not only paying for the procedure but their experience and qualifications.

How Experienced Is My Breast Surgeon?

You want your surgeon to not only have several years of experience performing plastic surgery but performing breast augmentation. Plastic surgeons are usually expected to complete six years of surgical training following medical school; it is recommended for your surgeon to undergo a minimum of three years of plastic surgery residency training.

Never be afraid to ask your surgeon how many years they have been performing breast augmentation or any other cosmetic procedure that you may be interested in. Not all surgeries operate the same, so it is important to ask the surgeon how many years of experience they have in your specific procedure.

Some questions to ask your surgeon can include:

  • How did you train for this procedure?
  • How many times have you performed this procedure?
  • How many years have you been performing this procedure?
  • Can I see your before and after photos?
  • What would you do if I experienced a complication with my surgery or implants?

Do They Have Hospital Privileges?

Where the surgeon conducts his/her surgeries is essential to consider when choosing a surgeon. During the consultation, ask them where they plan on performing your surgery.

The surgeon should be conducting their surgeries at an accredited, state-licensed, or medicare-certified surgical facility. Often, it is good to see if a surgeon has privileges at a specific hospital or multiple hospitals. When a surgeon has privileges at a hospital, it means the medical facility or hospital has done a background check on the surgeon and verified their qualifications.

The Post-partum Plastic Surgery Guide

5 Min Read

Plastic surgery helps thousands of women each year restore their bodies after the dramatic changes caused by pregnancy and childbirth.

Our bodies simply aren’t the same after giving birth, but certain procedures can help women look and feel better than they ever did before.

There are several procedures women can use to bounce back after pregnancy, and many can be combined into a single procedure famously known as the Mommy Makeover.

For moms in need of rejuvenation, post-partum plastic surgery is a great way to improve and even strengthen your body after giving birth.

Breast Rejuvenation After Pregnancy

Bringing a child into this world can be tough on new mothers. You’re faced with a brand new baby and body that’s rapidly changing in ways you might not have expected.

For example, many women struggle with weight fluctuations after pregnancy and breastfeeding.

This can eventually cause certain areas of the body, especially the belly and breasts, to start to sag as skin tissue stretches and grows weaker.

For new mothers, breast augmentation can be done together with a breast lift to restore and perk up breasts.

Breast Implants

Procedure Timeline: The procedure takes between one to three hours to complete. Dr. Alexander uses incisions along the breasts to then place implants, customized for each patient’s needs.

Recovery takes about six weeks, with most patients going back to work within two weeks after surgery.

Results: Noticeably bigger breasts for a fuller, shapely bustline.

Breast Lift

Procedure Timeline: This surgery also involves the use of incisions, usually around the areola, to allow Dr. Alexander to remove extra tissue and lift breasts higher

Recovery takes about six to eight weeks.

Results: Breasts that are firmer and sit higher, often creating a fuller-looking bustline.

Liposuction After Pregnancy

It’s common to gain weight during pregnancy, but many women struggle to rid themselves of the excess fat after childbirth. Pregnancy also stretches skin and muscles, causing certain areas to sag or droop.

Liposuction can be used to help women remove and contour those stubborn extra inches for a svelte, sculpted shape again.

Procedure Timeline: The procedure can take anywhere from one to four hours to complete, depending on the size of the area treated.

Dr. Alexander creates incisions in areas where fat will be removed, such as the thighs, abdomen, or hips. Small thin tubes called cannulas are inserted into the targeted area, and then the fat is suctioned out

Recovery can take several weeks, with patients using compression bandages and avoiding strenuous activity for ideal healing.

Results: A noticeably firmer, improved body contour with less excess fat in target areas

Tummy Tuck After Pregnancy

Procedure Timeline: For women who are done having children, a tummy tuck directly addresses the extra fat left behind on their bellies for a firmer, smoother outline.

It involves a horizontal incision along the abdomen, which Dr. Alexander uses to remove any excess fat and skin.

Recovery can take four to six weeks. A compression garment will be used to facilitate healing.

Results: A flatter, firmer midsection and improved body contour.

Labiaplasty After Pregnancy

Some women may find that their labia (the “lips” that form the inner and outer parts of the vagina) have changed due to childbirth—and not always in the best way.

The labia may become enlarged, stretched, or loose, and are now uncomfortable or even painful.

Labiaplasty directly targets these concerns by reducing the excess skin and tissues “down there” for complete rejuvenation.

Procedure Timeline: It typically takes Dr. Alexander about an hour to complete a labiaplasty. He will carefully remove excess tissue, reducing scarring while keeping the natural shape intact.

Recovery can take several weeks. Sex or any other strenuous activities should be avoided for at least a month or two, but most patients can go back to work within two weeks.

Results: Shorter labia that no longer droops or stretches and a beautifully natural appearance. Most women are happy with their results, with labiaplasty generally having a satisfaction rate of over 90 percent, according to studies.

Recovering From Post-Partum Plastic Surgery

Getting plastic surgery is a commitment where time to rest is crucial.

But for busy moms, life doesn’t stop for a break so easily.

It’s important to prepare ahead of time before undergoing plastic surgery to ensure recovery goes as smoothly as possible.

Here’s some tips for moms looking for smoothest recovery possible after plastic surgery:

1. Arrange help with childcare in advance: Most procedures will require a few weeks of healing. Try to get extra babysitting in advance, so you don’t have to worry about it as you take the time needed to fully recover.

Enlist a loved one, friend, or babysitter to help take care of the kids, especially in the first few days after surgery when movement is limited.

2. Get help around the house: Make sure you clean the area where you will be resting and recovering prior to your arrival from the hospital.

Anything too strenuous will have to be avoided for a few weeks, so extra help around the house can help keep a household running smoothly as you rest.

3. Take the time you need to rest: The most important aspect of recovery is giving your body the time it needs to heal. This can only be achieved by taking some time off and resting.

Even if you start to feel better within days, follow all of your doctor’s post-op instructions for recovery. Don’t try to do too much as your body heals.

Drink as much water as you can, and sleep as much as you need to.

Can You Combine Breast Surgery Procedures?

3 min read

Getting breast surgery is a big decision. Patients should always research the procedures they’re interested in to ensure their surgery is as safe and successful as possible.

It always helps to know as much as you can before going under the knife.

Breast surgery is primarily designed to create fuller, perky breasts, but it can also be used to reduce breasts that are uncomfortably large.

Combining different procedures can be the best way for women to get the breast shape they desire.

What Is Breast Augmentation?

Breast augmentation surgery uses implants to increase the size and projection of the breasts. Fat transfer may also be used for enhancement.

The procedure is used to:

  • Increase breast fullness and projection
  • Improve body contours
  • Enhance self-image and boost confidence

Breast augmentation was the top plastic surgery procedure in 2018, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS).

What Is a Breast Lift?A young woman gets surgical lines drawn before breast surgery.

Unlike breast augmentation, breast lift surgery does not increase cup size.

It instead removes excess skin tissue to tighten and create firmer, fuller-looking breasts.

What Is Breast Reduction?

On the opposite end of the spectrum, breast reduction surgery reduces the size of heavy, large breasts.

This can help to treat problems like back pain and skin irritation, leaving behind beautifully proportionate breasts.

Why Combine Breast Surgery Procedures?

For some women, one procedure may be all they need to get the breasts the way they want.

But breasts are as unique as the women who have them. Keeping that uniqueness intact is key to crafting natural-looking results—and that may not be achievable with one procedure.

In some cases, multiple procedures performed at the same time may be needed to take care of every cosmetic concern and get women the breasts they want.

There is more than one benefit to performing multiple procedures at the same time.

An implant that is used for breast augmentation to increase the size and shape of a woman's breast.1. It Avoids Repeat Visits

It might sound daunting, but combining procedures can be a great way to avoid going through multiple surgeries.

In fact, breast lift surgery is commonly performed alongside breast implant surgery for the best results.

It’s also done alongside breast reduction surgery, which often leaves extra skin behind as breast tissue is reduced.

2. Results Look More Natural

Performing procedures together addresses multiple cosmetic concerns—breast size, shape, texture, and the removal of extra skin—in a much more effective manner.

This allows Dr. Alexander the flexibility to craft a truly unique, natural breast appearance.

3. Healing Is Easier

Recovering from breast surgery can take several weeks, with patients typically dealing with swelling and discomfort as their bodies heal.

Patients will need to wear compression garments or a support bra as they recover.

Most breast surgery procedures involve at least six to eight weeks’ recovery time.

Incisions, however, can take several months to fade. So why prolong the process even more by undergoing separate procedures?
